Live from the 13/03/2017
Welcome to day 1. Congratulations on being courageous enough to seek change in your inner world, and as you may know our perceptions are what creates our outer world, so you're on the right track to changing our reality. As you've booked on a 2 night retreat we want some extra time to prep you for your awesome weekend. Lustre Collective has put together some challenges to get prepared with a 12 day life cleanse. This is going to be partially nutritional, physical and psychological.
First video is up 13 March. On the upcoming days you will alternate between yoga and challenges that could take up to 20 mins they are designed to open you up to thinking more on what's actually happening on a deeper level. In the below yoga we look at the sacral charkra, I have put it up to watch over a few times before you do it on the 13th.
NUTRITION: Challenge yourself to do it, but go easy on yourself no drastic diet changes. As for the first week nutrition we want you to try and cut back on caffiene, alcohol and sugar, we realise this maybe hard, things may come up, you may lack some energy you are used to or you could feel fantastic. We want lemon waters to be the first thing that you get up to do, then drink at least 2 litres of water per day. We will be asking on the 2nd week that you have no sugar, coffee or alcohol.
“In this moment everything is perfect, whole and complete, I am on the right path to creating my own positive reality".

The sacral chakra is your centre of creativity.
Passion is the fuel of creative energy. Everything you create, a poem, a drawing, or a website, originates from the energy of second chakra. It is also where your fertility originates. After all, conceiving a child is a creative process.
A person with an open Svadhisthana Chakra is passionate, present in her body, sensual, creative, and connected to her feeling.
