“You will be nurtured, challenged and supported as you discover the hidden power/strengths and vitality your body and mind have hidden away over winter.
28 Days to inspire, uplift and revitalise your whole body, mind and spirit.
We encourage reducing or NO: Alcohol, Coffee or Refined Sugars, as part of the Body Spring Clean. Support will be offered to add this (as well as a challenge to us too :) 

Unlimited Yoga and Nia classes
You could come to 1 or 2 Class's a Day ॐ 

4 engaging and inspiring wednesday evening seminars with Dr Cindy DeVilliers, Alison Ramsay and Rose Middleton.

Learn the best foods for Spring which will bring increased energy, clarity and balance to your body during this time of transition.

Access to a six week Meditation Course( Thursday's 7.30-8.30pm)
