Live from the 03/03/2017
Welcome to day 19. You have come to the end of your 3rd week congratulations. With a big focus on creativity this week we have to remember to ground ourselves too. This weekend I challenge you to get yourself into the garden, or into the bush, let nature anchor you with the beauty of creation itself. If you feel like you want to ground yourself even more here is a quick visualisation I use most mornings, great for us floaty creative types:
Sit on the floor legs crossed, eyes closed, hands in your lap. Now imagine a grounding chord coming from your sacral chakra (just under your belly button) running down through groin into the Earth. Imagine it as whatever colour you wish, really feel it and see it in your mind. You can say the words if you want "I am grounded now" (be direct). You can also be standing when you do this so you can do this after you have been rushing around, you can stand still for a moment, take a deep breath before you walk into a room, check your grounding chord, and say those words. It's a lot nicer for people to be around someone that doesn't have flustered energy. Have a lovely weekend, I'm looking forward to next week's challenges.
